2. Order Processing & Preparation :
2.1 Processing Time
● Standard processing time is 5–8 working days from payment confirmation.
● Processing includes modification, quality inspection, testing, and packaging.
● Processing time does not include courier transit duration.
2.2 Custom & Limited Products
● Custom-modified or limited-edition products may require additional preparation time.
● Extended processing timelines shall not be treated as delays or service failure.
2.3 Payment Confirmation
● Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
● Orders with failed, pending, or disputed payments will not be shipped.
3. Dispatch & Shipping Method
● Orders are shipped via third-party courier partners selected by Watch Mod Fun.
● Courier selection and routing remain at the sole discretion of Watch Mod Fun.
● Dispatch confirmation indicates transfer of responsibility to the courier.

5. Shipping Charges & Fees

● Returned shipments due to address issues require re-shipping charges.
7. Delivery Attempts & Non-Acceptance

● Failure or refusal to accept delivery does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
● Returned shipments due to non-acceptance are treated as fulfilled orders.
8. Damaged, Tampered, or Open Packages
● Customers must record a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
● Video must clearly show sealed packaging and product condition.
● Claims without valid unboxing video proof will be rejected.
Acceptance of a shipment without recording an unboxing video shall be deemed confirmation that the package was received in satisfactory condition.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments
● Watch Mod Fun will assist with courier escalation if required.
● Resolution depends on courier investigation outcomes.
● Watch Mod Fun is not liable for courier negligence or failure.
10. Force Majeure
● Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, regulations, or logistics disruptions are excluded from liability.
● Such events do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
11. Limitation of Liability
● Liability is limited to correct dispatch and sharing of tracking information.
● Maximum liability shall not exceed the product purchase value.
