1. Nature of Products
Watch Mod Fun creates custom-modified, hand-finished, and limited-edition watches.
Most products are made-to-order or aesthetically modified based on customer selection. Because of this: Each piece is unique Minor variations in color, tint, finish, or appearance are expected. Products cannot be resold once opened or worn.

2. Shipping & Transportation Policy

2.1 Order Processing Standard processing time: 5–8 working days Custom or special requests may take longer and will be communicated

2.2 Shipping Partners
Orders are shipped via third-party courier partners.
Once dispatched: Delivery timelines depend entirely on the courier Watch Mod Fun has no control over transit delays.

2.3 Tracking: Tracking details will be shared after dispatch Customer is responsible for monitoring delivery status.

2.4 Delivery Exceptions
Watch Mod Fun is not responsible for: Courier delays or operational issues Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer, Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, Natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or force-majeure events. Returned shipments due to customer error may incur re-shipping
charges.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 No Returns on Modified or Custom Products
All customized, modified, limited-edition, or made-to-order products are strictly NON-RETURNABLE.
This includes: Filter or tint modifications, Display colour changes, Screen or aesthetic alterations, Special editions or personalised requests. Change of mind, preference shift, or expectation mismatch does not qualify for return.

3.2 Conditional Validity
Any return request, if applicable under this policy, is strictly subject to compliance with the Mandatory unboxing Video Requirement detailed below.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Critical Condition)
Any request for return, replacement, or refund will be considered valid only if the customer provides 100% authentic, continuous, and unedited video evidence of the unboxing.
Video must: Start before the package is opened, Clearly show the sealed outer packaging, Continue without cuts, pauses, or edits ,Show the product being fully taken out, Clearly capture the claimed damage or defect.
Invalid Evidence Includes: Edited or trimmed videos Videos recorded after opening, Missing seal or packaging visibility Images without video proof, Absence or insufficiency of this video automatically voids any claim.
Watch Mod Fun reserves the sole right to: Verify authenticity of submitted proof, Reject claims without sufficient evidence, Make the final decision on claim eligibility.

5. Replacement Policy

5.1 Eligible Cases (Conditional): Product is physically damaged during transit, Product is non-functional on arrival, Mandatory unboxing video submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

5.2 Non-Eligible Cases: Minor aesthetic variations, Color or tint perception differences, Damage after delivery, Wear and tear Mishandling, water exposure, or impact Battery drainage due to transit or storage, Customer tampering or third-party intervention.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 No Refunds by Default
Refunds are not offered for: Custom or modified products, Delivered and accepted orders, Shipping delays, Aesthetic dissatisfaction, Orders without valid unboxing proof.

6.2 Exceptional Refunds (Discretionary)
Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of Watch Mod Fun if replacement is not possible. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins. Custom orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction limited to the company’s operating location.
